# Refund & Return Policy

At JAZAL, every piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping.

## Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- All original packaging and components must be included.

- Proof of purchase is required.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

## Customized Orders

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

## Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, JAZAL will cover the shipping costs.

## Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
